Located on the second floor of La Flor Terrace, the Terrace Room is our signature event space—spacious, elegant, and fully equipped for unforgettable celebrations. With a capacity of up to 200 guests, this room features customizable lighting, high-definition 4K screens, and refined décor that adapts beautifully to any theme. Ideal for weddings, Sweet Sixteens, and large gatherings, the Terrace Room offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and comfort to host your most important moments.

Pricing & Rental Details


 $7,000–$9,000 


Depending on the day of the week and availability. This price includes our full event package as described above, covering everything from themed decor and entertainment to professional staffing, furniture, and technology.


  • 6 hours of party time
    (Example: 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
  • 2 hours of setup time
    (Example: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
  • 1 hour to vacate
    (Example: 2:00 AM – 3:00 AM)
